With upcoming screenings in the next week in Chicago and Atlanta, we’d like to take a moment to thank Kelly Lopez-Clark, Juris Doctor Candidate at John Marshall Law School for her tireless work in bringing the film to her school. We really appreciate it! Also, big thanks to Jerry Gonzalez, executive director at GALEO (Georgia Association of Latino Elected Officials) for coming on board as a sponsor of our screening on Tues March 8th at Atlanta’s Plaza Theater. We are very happy to partner with Jerry and GALEO, and look forward to an excellent event next week.
Thanks to everyone at Reform Immigration for America / Center for Community Change for their partnership with TONY & JANINA’S AMERICAN WEDDING! We’re working with these excellent national immigration organizations to make a special 17 minute version of the film available for HOUSE PARTIES all across the country, to draw attention to the need for compassionate immigration reform using the Wasilewski family’s story. Please visit the Reform Immigration for America site (link below) to schedule a house party in YOUR community now! Thanks to Lloyd, Burke, Rachel and everyone at Reform Immigration for America and Center for Community Change for their partnership and support. We appreciate it!
